Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026. This page is provided for transparency and for Meta/Facebook app requirements. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

Who we are

Unfiltered with Berry (“we”, “us”) operates this website and related services. The site is published as Unfiltered with Berry.

Information we collect

  • Facebook Login. If you choose “Continue with Facebook”, Meta may share information with us according to your Facebook settings and their policies. We typically receive your name, email address, and a Facebook user identifier so we can create or sign you into an account and link that account to Facebook.
  • Email and subscriptions. If you join our list or contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as email address and preferences).
  • Usage data. Like most sites, our hosting and tools may collect technical data (for example IP address, browser type, and approximate location) needed to operate and secure the service.

Meta’s own practices are described in their policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy.

How we use information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your account.
  • To remember actions you take on the site, such as following a local issue, when you are signed in.
  • To send updates you have opted into (for example launch or newsletter emails).
  • To protect the site, prevent abuse, and comply with law where required.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics) only as needed for those services. When you use Facebook Login, Meta processes data under their terms and your Facebook settings.

Retention

We keep account and subscription information for as long as your account or subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, and operational needs. If you remove Facebook Login from your Facebook settings, Meta may notify us; we then unlink the Facebook identifier from your account as described below.

Facebook Login: removing access

You can stop using Facebook Login at any time by removing Unfiltered with Berry from your Facebook settings for apps and websites. When you do, Meta may send us a deauthorize notice; we use that to clear the Facebook user id stored on our side so we no longer associate your account with that Facebook profile. Your account may remain if you also use email sign-in.

Deleting data from Facebook Login

To request deletion of data we received through Facebook (including the Facebook user id we store for login), use Facebook’s “Send Request” flow for removed apps, or read our step-by-step page: Data deletion. We respond with a confirmation code and a status page, as required by Meta.

Your choices and contact

You may access, correct, or delete certain information by signing in and using available account tools, or by contacting us. Email: legal@unfilteredwithberry.com.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
